**Job Title: CNC Machining Lead** **Responsibilities** + Set-up and operate CNC machines for various tasks including drilling, turning, grinding, and milling. + Accept and reject First Article Inspection. + Identify and correct non-conformances and dimensions as needed. + Troubleshoot and edit CNC programs using M-Codes and G-Codes. + Monitor tooling and work with stainless steel and aluminum. + Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Supervise duties in the absence of the supervisor. + Train new employees. + Prepare work orders. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC machining, Okuma mills and lathes. + Ability to perform CNC set-up and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in editing CNC programs with G-Codes and M-Codes. + Experience with First Article Inspection. + Knowledge of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in supervising and training new employees. + Ability to prepare work orders. + Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $54000.00/yr.
