What you'll do as: CNC Machine Operator 1st & 2nd Shift
- Follow Standard Work – Set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM)
- Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment internal to the machine cycle
- Initiates and understands root cause analysis (5Y)
- Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and ‘5 Whys’ problem solving exercises
- Identify equipment abnormalities and support PM
What you'll do as: CNC Machine Operator 1st & 2nd Shift
- Follow Standard Work – Set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM)
- Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment internal to the machine cycle
- Initiates and understands root cause analysis (5Y)
- Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and ‘5 Whys’ problem solving exercises
- Identify equipment abnormalities and support PM

Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- 2 years machining experience or education equivalent in related field
- Ability to Set-Up and Operate CNC machining work centers
- Experience in making tool changes and making in process offset changes
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Capable of using metrology equipment effectively
