Essential Duties and Responsibilities of CNC Machine Operator 

Able to operate all machines; CNC’s, Shot Blaster’s, Vibratory, Drill Press, Belt Sander’s and Hot Dip Wash Tanks per procedures and part specific work instructions Able to inspect castings using various hand inspection tools, leak testers, and air gage equipment per part specific work instructions. Enter good and bad piece counts into Guardian Complete P-Charts as needed Maintain records of inspections Maintain a clean and orderly work area Carry out duties as the Machining & Finishing Dept. Supervisor and Lead Person specifies Must support and follow the QMS requirements Observe all Boyd safety and OSHA guidelines and procedures
