What We Offer $20.00 – $25.00 per hour 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k and 401k matching Employee discounts Climate-controlled facility Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Technical degree preferred 2+ years of CNC experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year of CNC machine set-up experience Mechanically inclined Reliable, adaptable, proficient in math, team player, organized, self-motivated, and quality focused Familiarity with OKUMA OSP, FANUC, and G-code is preferred Ability to lift 35+ pounds regularly Understanding of the automotive machine industry is preferred What You’ll Do as a CNC Machine Operator Manage production changes Machine warm-ups and shutdowns Monitor machine runs by ensuring consistent and quality output Load raw materials and processed parts into semi-automated machines Use precision measuring tools to ensure top-quality output Detect and report any machine or parts related issues Operate multiple machines in a cell Collaborate with and support your colleagues Keep workspaces and machines clean and in top-working condition Perform other tasks as assigned
