**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Pay/Shift** 19-25/hr 2nd shift - 2pm-10:30pm - M-F 3rd shift - 10pm-6:30pm - M-F Both shifts will train on 1st shift. Both have a shift differential as well. **Job Description** As a CNC Machine Operator, you will follow work orders and written instructions to set up and operate various machines in the plant. You will work and learn alongside other staff as you perfect your skills. Candidates with experience loading and unloading industrial machinery and operating CNC machines are welcome to apply. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate machines for production runs + Ensure correct tooling and programs are being run for each job + Adjust machine feed and speed, change tooling, and make adjustments to machine controls during machine malfunction + Calculate machine speed and feed ratio, as well as the size and position of each cut + Use precision measuring tools + Maintain a clean and organized work area **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
