**CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining and be able to perform routine maintenance, quality control, and collaborate effectively with team members. **Responsibilities** + Accurately read engineering drawings including geometric tolerances and symbols to ensure proper setup requirements and sequence of operations, leading to an accurate, cosmetically appealing finished product. + Monitor machine functions such as spindle speeds, surface feeds, chip loads, and tool wear to maximize machining efficiency. + Control all aspects of measuring instruments; setup, function, and care. Work with QC to ensure 100% conformance to customer requirements and company quality expectations. + Meet production and deburring requirements while maintaining quality. This includes polishing on or off the machine. + Perform routine maintenance on machines to maintain recommended fluid levels. Keep machine and work area clean and organized for efficiency and overall safety. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of CNC Machine Operating experience. + Ability to read a manufacturing blueprint. + Ability to perform quality control on parts using micrometers and calipers. + Experience with Inspection, Calipers, CNC Operating, reading blueprints, lathe, mill, deburring, and polishing. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive environment where the company takes on 80% of benefits once candidates go direct.
