**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** Swiss machining is a high precision process that allows for a more complex and detailed part than what we would expect from a traditional machine shop. Our client uses this highly specialized process to manufacture parts for a wide range of products to be used in various fields. An ideal candidate for this role is looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and move forward with us. **Responsibilities** + Program, set up, and operate multiple Swiss turn machines throughout the shift and produce high quality parts within tolerances. + Make offset adjustments, adjust tooling, and maintain fluids in the Citizen CNC Swiss Mill. + Set and load all tools following set-up instructions to complete all assigned jobs. + Familiarity with inspection equipment such as calipers/micrometer/profile projector. + Operate and load bar feeder and measure bar stock. **Essential Skills** + Experience in CNC machine operating. + Preferred experience with CNC mills. + Familiarity with Swiss mill operations. + Ability to use inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers. + Ability to perform physical labor and interest in manufacturing. + Experience with programming and using hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail. + Self-starter. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis. + Ability to stand for 4+ hours a day. + Willingness to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies. **Why Work Here?** We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
