**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines and following blueprints to form and assemble a variety of parts on a daily basis.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC machines to form and assemble parts according to blueprints.
+ Ensure precision and accuracy in machining operations.
+ Perform lathe and mill operations as required.
+ Conduct assembly tasks as needed.
+ Maintain and monitor machine performance for optimal operation.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with CNC machine operation (minimum 6 months).
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Knowledge of machining, lathe, and mill operations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Good communication skills.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean environment that is not temperature controlled. Fans are provided for the summer and heaters for the winter to ensure comfort.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
