Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team.
 
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
 
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
 
Pay Range: $18.00- $21.23 per hour
 
Shift: 3rd shift (shift differential)
Sunday-Thursday
11pm-7am
 
What's the Job?

Measure the dimensions of finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures. Remove and replace dull cutting tools. Mount, install, align, and secure tools, accessories, fixtures, and parts on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Listen to machines during operation to detect sounds such as those produced by dull cutting tools or excessive vibrations and adjust machines to compensate for problems. Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools, or adjust machine controls when automatic programming is faulty or machines malfunction. 
What's Needed? Experience in CNC machine operation or a similar role Ability to read blue prints and mechanical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
