Our client, a precision manufacturer, is looking for a CNC Machine Operator at their facility in Santa Paula, CA. You will be playing a key part in producing high-quality components and supporting daily production goals.

You need to meet either one of these requirements to be considered for the position:

Experience with machine operation: Minimum of 2 yearsPrevious programming experience: Minimum of 2 years

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.Load raw materials and set machines for production runs.Monitor machines during operations and make necessary adjustments.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.Perform daily maintenance checks on machinery.Maintain focus on safety, quality control, and production efficiency.Support housekeeping and waste management practices.

Requirements:

High School Graduate or equivalent.Previous experience of 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment desirable
