Our products Enable the Electronics Revolution and help deliver the future of healthcare. **Job Description** **SUMMARY** This role involves operating and monitoring plastic CNC machines to ensure the machined parts meet dimensional, quality, and customer specifications. It also requires performing other production processes such as assembly, soldering, and bonding. **Schedule: Monday-Friday** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** + Maintain high-quality standards through precise measurements and adjustments to manufacturing processes. + Must be willing to learn multiple CNC machines and inspection stations. + Responsible for keeping the workstation clean and organized. + Operates CNC machines under established procedures and guidelines. + Completes simple deburring, assembly, and other production tasks. + May perform a visual inspection. + Meet standard production output requirements. + Maintain and promote a safe working environment by following safety rules, policies, and 5S standards. + Track and effectively communicate job progress. + Implement continuous improvement ideas and suggestions. _Other duties as required in support of the department and the company_ **SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES** The responsibilities of this role do not include supervising other employees. **ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY** Amphenol CMT is dedicated to identifying and reducing the environmental impact of its operations, activities, and products. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. **EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE** + High school degree or equivalent + 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training in CNC Machining or an equivalent combination of education and experience. **LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. + Conversational in any other language preferred. **JOB SKILLS** + Beginner in MS Office. + Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred. + Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions, read blueprints, drawings, and schematics. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Strong communication skills + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment + Able to work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** The employee will regularly engage in activities such as using hands to finger, handle, or feel and communicating verbally.
