Setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and occasionally wire EDM machines to assist in manufacturing and repairing custom tooling for customers. This is a non-production environment, and jobs can change weekly depending on incoming orders for new tooling and tooling repair. You will be responsible for conversationally programming jobs at the controller on all machines.

Sets up and works on machines of moderate complexity and difficulty, such as grinders, mills, and EDMs.Ability to work on non-standard products.Inspects work using gaging and inspection devices to verify conformance to specifications.Meets expectations for productivity and quality and strives for continuous improvement.May train others, troubleshoot, or work with support groups as needed.Participates in continuous improvement practices such as 5S, Kaizen events, value stream mapping or other improvement projects or teams.Works to achieve work center guideline certification.Follows guidelines established for work scheduling and understands delivery objectives.Reports any machine or process problems.Apply directly to be considered or reach out to machining recruiter Rowan at 612-239-8575!Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $79000.00
