CNC Machinery Support Technician (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinery Support Technician to remotely assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving CNC equipment issues. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to address technical concerns with CNC equipment. Diagnose and resolve issues on CNC machines, including brands such as Haas, Mazak, Amada, Doosan, Makino, Fanuc, DMG, Kitamura, and similar systems. Provide expert guidance on equipment maintenance, operation, and configuration. Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

 

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with CNC machinery, particularly troubleshooting a variety of leading brands. Deep knowledge of CNC machine setup, operations, and maintenance. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist clients remotely. Proven ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote home office.
