Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job DescriptionAs a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the creation of high-quality precision parts. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining strict quality standards. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce parts according to specifications.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Identify and resolve machining issues, making necessary adjustments to machine settings and tooling.Maintain accurate records of production runs, including setup sheets, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and organized work environment.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.Why Work Here?Join our team to be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment. The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00
