**Job Title: CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role involves setting up and operating various CNC mills and lathes to produce gearboxes used in industries such as logistics, food and beverage, and bulk material handling. You will be responsible for performing quality inspections, editing machine code, and working off blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate different CNC mills and lathes + Perform first and last piece quality inspections + Edit G&M code at the machine + Work off of prints + Use micrometers and calipers + Set up and perform tooling changes on the CNC lathe (DMG) with Siemens controls + Set up and operate the Vertical Mill (Okuma) with Fanuc controls, handling 5 setups per day **Essential Skills** + 2 years of experience in CNC setup and running mills and lathes + Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers + Experience with blueprint reading and manual tooling + Knowledge of G&M code editing **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Okuma and Fanuc controls for Vertical Mill + Experience with Siemens controls for CNC lathe + Ability to handle shaft work and plate work of various sizes and thicknesses **Why Work Here?** Our large facility offers ample growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.
