Set-up, operate and maintain a variety of CNC, ASM and Chucker machines and perform required checks to maintain quality

Key ResponsibilitiesSet-up, operate and maintain a variety of CNC/ASM machines which perform a variety of operations such as, but not limited to; boring, reaming, turning, milling, drilling, tapping, etc.Performs specified quality checks on piece parts, trial run and experimental parts using a variety of standard and special measuring devices to maintain quality of parts produced.

CNC/ASM Milling machines
CNC/ASM Turning machines
Related machine Tooling; ie cutters, drills, boring bars, etc.
Anorad machines

Auxiliary Equipment
Drills, tappers, mills, turning, etc.
Precision measuring instruments.

The annual base salary range for this position is . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVEHS Diploma or GED2 years experience at level B6 with demonstrated productivity skills and ability.Satisfactory Completion of geometric tolerancing ACE course or equivalent.40 hours of CNC training and 6 months evaluation period.
