**Job Title: CNC Machinist | DIRECT HIRE** **Openings on 2nd & 3rd shifts** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for our night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) or afternoon shift (3 PM - 11 PM) with opportunities for 10-20 hours of overtime. The role is based in East Canton, OH. The ideal candidate will operate, edit, changeover, perform tool changes, and maintain CNC machinery. **Responsibilities** + Operate, edit, changeover, and maintain CNC machinery + Perform inspections and read blueprints + Perform tool changes and set-ups + Maintain and operate CNC Mills, Manual CNCs, or CNC Grinders (OD/ID) + Perform multi-task machining + Perform basic shop math + Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery (Fanuc experience is a plus) **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of CNC machining experience (schooling or work experience) + Experience with CNC Mills, Manual CNCs, or CNC Grinders (OD/ID) + Ability to operate, maintain, edit set-ups, and perform tool changes on CNC machinery + Proficiency in blueprint reading and basic shop math **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fanuc programming skills + Experience with manual lathes and horizontal boring mills + Troubleshooting and changeover expertise + Experience in a heavy industrial union environment **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive life insurance, hospitalization with drug, vision, and dental plans (80/20 plan), and a 401(k) with match. The work environment can be dirty, and the temperature stays approximately 10 degrees hotter or cooler than the outside temperature. The facility operates with around 30-40 employees on first and third shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Canton, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
