**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **This is a direct hire long term opportunity.** **Shifts available: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday, and 3rd shift 11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday** **Pay Rate: $27.48/hour plus a 0.75 shift differential** **Job Description** Set up and operate machinery in the department to produce a wide variety of aerospace and industrial parts for various other industries. Work with a variety of metals to mill, turn, and bore parts. Move from operation to operation as necessary. Work from oral and written instructions, blueprints, sketches, and process sheets. Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure conformance to known standards. Maintain records and paperwork. Ensure work areas are kept neat, safe, clean, and orderly. Notify supervision of any problems or difficulties. Follow all plant safety rules and regulations along with company policies and procedures. PAID HOLIDAYS -- 12 holidays per calendar year and 2 personal holidays per Union contract year VACATION – 2 weeks’ of vacation after completing 6-months of employment; vacation resets on 1/1 of each calendar year RETIREMENT/401(K) PLAN – Option to invest your contributions on a Pre-tax or Roth (After-tax) basis. Automatic enrollment at 3% unless you elect differently.
