**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist with some level of CNC Machine Operating experience and a desire to learn and grow in the field. The ideal candidate will be familiar with inspecting parts using precision measuring tools and deburring finished parts. The role involves operating various CNC machines, editing programs using Fanuc controls (with training available), loading raw materials, performing minor tool changes, and conducting set-ups.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate various CNC machines.
+ Edit programs using Fanuc controls with training available.
+ Load programs and raw materials, mainly aluminum and acrylics.
+ Perform minor tool changes as needed and conduct set-ups.
+ Deburr parts when necessary.
+ Run multiple pieces of equipment daily.
+ Cut materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics.
+ Perform 1st piece inspections using calipers and micrometers, then submit parts to the final inspector.
+ Maintain equipment and check coolants.
+ Work with tolerances of +- .003.
+ Read and interpret blueprints.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of recent experience working with or on CNC machines.
+ Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints/sketches is a plus.
+ Good math skills.
+ High School Diploma is required.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of ISO-9001, AS9100, MIL, and IPC Spec requirements is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit manufacturing facility with approximately 75 employees. The facility is organized and safety glasses are provided. The shop operates 8 Kitamura Mills and 2 Robo Drills with pallet changers. The work schedule is 1st shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available on Saturdays when needed. Enjoy a team environment where collaboration is encouraged.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Horsham, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
