**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** Set up and operate CNC Mill, Lathes, and Grinders to produce a wide variety of parts for use in the aerospace, automation and other industries. Work with a variety of metals to mill, turn, and bore parts to tight tolerances. Follow oral and written instructions, blueprints, and process sheets. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy. Primarily work with titanium and 410 stainless steel. **Main Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC Mill, Lathes, and Grinders + Use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers + Perform tooling changes and offsets + Conduct conversational edits and changeouts **Essential Skills** + minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience + Experience with in-depth setups of CNC milling or turning centers + CNC operation, part changeover, and tooling changes + Proficiency in blueprint reading + Precision measurement skills + Experience 5-axis CNC machining **Additional (Not Required) Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with DMG and Dooson CNC Lathe/Grinder + Knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) **Why Work Here?** Enjoy monthly employee appreciation events and always available (but never mandated) overtime. Training is conducted on 1st shift for about 1.5 months (longer if needed) before transitioning to the official shift. The facility is extremely well-lit, clean, climate-controlled, and new. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $57158.40 - $57158.40/yr. PAID HOLIDAYS -- 12 holidays per calendar year and 2 personal holidays per Union contract year VACATION – 2 weeks’ of vacation after completing 6-months of employment; vacation resets on 1/1 of each calendar year RETIREMENT/401(K) PLAN – Option to invest your contributions on a Pre-tax or Roth (After-tax) basis. Automatic enrollment at 3% unless you elect differently.
