**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints to machine parts to detailed specifications and tight tolerances. This role involves setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC lathes to produce precision parts, as well as utilizing various measuring instruments to ensure quality control. The CNC Machinist will work with a variety of materials, troubleshoot and adjust machining processes, and collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes. **Shift and Pay** **First Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm** **$27-$32/hr** **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints to machine parts to detailed specifications and tight tolerances. + Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes to produce precision parts. + Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality control. + Work with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics, to meet customer requirements. + Troubleshoot and adjust machining processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency. + Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machining processes. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. **Essential Skills** + CNC setups and programming experience. + Experience with vertical mills and horizontal boring mills. + Blueprint reading and precision measurement skills. + Journeyman machinist experience. + Experience with Mazatrol programming. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr. 401(k) 3% Match Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Abbottstown,PA. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Apr 30, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
