CNC MACHINIST Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to work along side our CNC Programmer. ESAero is a growing aerospace company in the San Luis Obispo area and provides various services which include but are not limited to: rapid system development, on-demand niche engineering, hands-on development/testing, and small UAS aerospace system manufacturing.   **This position is fully on-site at Empirical System's Aerospace in San Luis Obispo, CA  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Maintain machine shop equipment + Set up and operate CNC and manual machines per documentation + Prepare stock + Enter data into digital travellers + Assist in managing inventory of consumables + Utilize machining tools to modify and create parts + Provide hands-on support to other shop operations as needed Required Qualifications and Skills: + Proficiency and experience with machining tools and operations such as lathes, mills, drill press, and bandsaw. + CNC setup and operation experience, including 3-axis and 5-axis mills. + Ability to simultaneously monitor multiple CNC machines + Demonstrated foundation in GD&T + Technical hands-on capability with attention to detail.
