**Job Title: CNC Machinist** If you're interested in hearing more about this opportunity, apply today! **Job Description** We offer industry-leading lifecycle services for all types and makes of industrial cranes and hoists and sustainable lifting solutions covering a full range of industrial applications. As a CNC Machinist, you will build industrial overhead cranes and material handling equipment for a variety of industries, including shipyards, steel factories, and lumber mills. You will operate various machines such as CNC lathes and CNC machining centers to produce products including shafts, wheels, pinions/gears, drums, sheaves, and related machined crane components. This role involves 1-2 set-ups per day, reading and interpreting part drawings, maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring proper inspections, and performing preventative maintenance. **Skills** + Ability to operate a variety of CNC Mills and Lathes + Familiarity with Fanuc systems + Set-ups at the machines + Overhead crane operation **Work Environment** **1st Shift** - 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. **2nd Shift** - 3:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. You will be working in a facility with multiple machining centers and machine variations (CNC and Manual Machines). Most of the work involves repairing and upgrading crane parts that are sent back from the field. These parts can be newer or very old, requiring adaptability. Most parts require an overhead crane to move as they can weigh over a ton.
