Day, Swing & Weekend schedules!! **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. + Perform precision measurements and quality checks using various tools and gauges. + Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to ensure high-quality output. + Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance. + Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. + Collaborate with engineers and other team members to refine processes and improve efficiency. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate degree in machining or a related field is preferred. + Minimum of 6 months of experience as a machinist, with a strong understanding of machining techniques and materials. + Proficiency in operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machining tools. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. + Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in machining. + Strong communication and teamwork skills.
