**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** This is a 1st shift opening: Monday-Friday, 7-3:30. Candidates will be programming, setting up, and running CNC Citizen Swiss Lathes to machine custom dental parts from brass, aluminum, and stainless steel. Training on the Haas Mill will be provided for the first 2-3 weeks or longer if necessary. Job duties will include: - Perform CNC Machine set-ups and operate equipment to meet parts requirements - Program machines and perform edits as necessary using G&M Code - Handle all tool changeovers and adjustments - Run and measure parts to close and exact tolerances - Operate and ensure productivity of CNC Machines following GMP standards and SOPs - Deburr parts as necessary - Operate gear cutters, pneumatic presses, EDM, calipers, micrometers, and other tools as necessary **Hard Skills** + CNC Lathe + CNC Set Up + Citizen Swiss Lathe + G&M Code + Haas Mill Operation + Deburring + Use of gear cutters, pneumatic presses, EDM, calipers, micrometers **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Earth City, Missouri. **Work Environment** This is a climate-controlled, GMP machine shop environment. The facility has 10 CNC Machines: 1 Haas Mill and 9 Citizen Swiss Lathes.
