**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist**
**Job Description**
The CNC Mill Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in machining and a dedication to maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines.
+ Ensure all machining operations adhere to safety and quality standards.
+ Use precision measuring instruments to perform quality control tasks.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for machining tasks.
+ Perform machine adjustments and maintenance as needed.
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience running CNC mills (3-5+ years) or a certification/associate degree in machining or a related field.
+ Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
+ Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with CNC lathe, drill press, grinding, lathe, shear, and programming.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Work Environment**
Machine shop within a manufacturing facility. The C shift operates from 6AM to 6PM, Friday through Sunday, plus every other Thursday. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on safety and precision. Dress code is appropriate for a manufacturing setting.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, Delaware.
