**Join Our Team as a CNC Machinist!** We are looking for a **skilled CNC Machinist** to join our dynamic team! If you have **6-8 years of CNC experience** in a **job shop environment** , can **read blueprints** , and work with tight tolerances, we want to hear from you! **What You’ll Do:** + **Set up and operate CNC machines** (mills and lathes) in a **job shop environment** . + Perform **tool changes** and **program edits** (G&M codes) using **MasterCAM** or **SolidWorks** . + Work with **low carbon, alloy tool steels** and handle tolerances as tight as **+/- 0.001** . + Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure precise measurements. + **Work with large machines** (Okuma, Kolb, and Jig mills) and control systems (Fanuc and Siemens). + Some parts may take **6-8 days** to complete, focusing on **quality over quantity** . **What We’re Looking For:** + **6-8 years of CNC Machining experience** with **job shop** (not production) experience. + Skilled in **setting up machines** , **tooling changes** , and **program edits** using G&M codes. + Experience with **micrometers** , **calipers** , and **gauges** . + Ability to work with tolerances of **+/- 0.001** and read blueprints. + **Mill and lathe experience** is a plus. + Ability to lift **up to 50 lbs** . **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** + **Competitive pay** : $20 - $34/hr ( **$27/hr** is the sweet spot). + **Great benefits** : **401k match** , **health, dental, and vision benefits** starting day 1. + **Paid sick leave** and **vacation** based on experience. + **Overtime** after 8 hours and **double time** after 45 hours. + **Great company culture** : **cafeteria** , **gym** , and **outdoor seating** available to employees. + **No time clocks** – we operate on the **honor system** for time tracking. + **Opportunities for growth** and promotion from within. **Shifts:** + **1st Shift** : 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri) + **2nd Shift** : 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon-Fri) + **3rd Shift** : 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun-Thurs) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $79560.00 • Overtime after 8 hours in a shift - Double time at 45 hours - Saturdays are primarily voluntary OT • Benefits include: 401k with company match, health, dental vision benefits, 3 personal days, paid sick leave, life insurance • No time clocks. On what we call an “honor system” when it comes to keeping track of time. • Medical, dental, vision benefits start day one. • 20 weeks of paid sick time over 24 months.
