**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are now hiring for 2 CNC Machinists in Saco, ME. We are seeking expert level machinists to work with state-of-the-art equipment and machines. In this role, you will be operating 5-axis, multi-axis, and 11-axis mills. You must have experience performing full setups, as you will be doing setup and changeover multiple times per shift. Strong documentation skills, inspection experience, and critical thinking skills are required. You must also be familiar with programming to assist with edits as needed. **Responsibilities** + Operate 5-axis, multi-axis, and 11-axis mills. + Perform full setups and changeovers multiple times per shift. + Document processes and maintain strong documentation skills. + Inspect and ensure the quality of machined parts. + Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve problems. + Assist with programming edits as needed. **Essential Skills** + Blueprint reading + Changeover experience + Machine troubleshooting + CNC programming + PLC programming + Strong documentation skills + Inspection experience + Critical thinking skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform setups and operation of 5-axis or multitask machines (e.g., Mori NTX, Okuma Multus). + Familiarity with programming, CMMs, and measuring equipment. + Strong attention to detail. + Problem-solving skills. + 5+ years experience in precision manufacturing. + Strong blueprint and schematic experience. **Why Work Here?** Work in a modern facility that is less than 5 years old, featuring state-of-the-art machinery and cutting-edge technology.
