Kelly Services is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to safely and efficiently set up and run machines for one of our key clients. In this role, you will ensure precise setups that meet or exceed estimated time targets, producing parts that meet quality standards. You will use various measuring tools to inspect and verify parts, ensuring they meet specifications.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Safely set up and operate CNC machines, completing setups on time and handling a range of job complexities
+ Measure and inspect parts using appropriate tools to verify quality and meet standards.
+ Achieve production rates and efficiency targets consistently
+ Load stock, replace or sharpen worn tools.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 3 years in set-up and operation.
+ Experience in machine repair or machine building.
+ Strong familiarity with a manufacturing environment and attention to detail.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force.
