This role involves working with a variety of materials and requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Your Expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of each unique component.  Responsibilities: Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precise parts and componentsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide machining processesConduct quality checks using tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet tight tolerance and specificationsMaintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure machines are properly cared for Qualifications and Requirements: At least 2 yeas of experience in CNC MachiningExperience operating CNC mills and lathes, with willingness to learn machine setupAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsStrong work ethic with exemplary attendance, punctuality, and a positive, professional attitudePhysically capable of performing tasks that involve standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs  Benefits and Perks: $22 – $24/hourHealth, dental and vision insurance401K plan company matchingTraining & Growth Your New Organization:Our client has built its reputation on the production of speed reducers and related drive components that are used mainly in commercial restaurant equipment.
