**CNC Machinist** Currently hiring a CNC machinist in the Crest Hill, IL area. Hiring immediately. **Pay:** $25-$34/HR **Shift:** 1st (8AM-4PM) Flexible 7AM start time occasionally. **Description:** + Program, set-up, and operate all CNC machines (Brands include Mazak, Hurco, Okuma, Heidenhan). + Program machines using both conversational and non-conversational programs (online and offline with the person or PowerStation software). + Machine parts based upon customer-specific blueprints and drawings. + Perform inspections using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. + Work with Fanuc and Fagor controls. + Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and bronze metals. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + CNC programming + Job shop experience + Set-up/operate machines **Work Environment:** The machining facility is extremely heavy duty, operating in a job shop environment capable of machining parts from less than an inch in diameter to large components in excess of 20 tons. _All applicants will be contacted within 24-48hrs after applying.
