Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience operating CNC mills and lathes.Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient computer skills for operating CNC software and documenting processes.Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00
