Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team for our1st and 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in precision machining operations and will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating various machine tools. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to multitask and cross-train on all machines.
ResponsibilitiesSet up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto the machine.Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, or other measuring instruments.Document actions by completing required paperwork, including inspection documents and travelers.Perform minor mechanical and assembly work as needed.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED.Minimum of 2 years of machining experience with advanced knowledge of machining operations and tolerances.Understanding of basic math and geometric tolerances.Ability to read blueprints, engineering plans, procedure manuals, and work instructions.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust possess own tools.Willingness to multitask and cross-train on all machines.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a very clean machine shop with all new equipment. The day shift runs 6am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, night shift operates from 4pm to 2:30am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays as needed. The shop primarily uses mills, but there is a mixture of mills and lathes.
