Job DescriptionJoin our custom machine shop that has specialized in designing and building custom polyurethane foaming fixtures since 1983. We have designed and built a variety of equipment, ranging from insulated door and HVAC panel fixtures to both automated and manual cabinet foaming stations.
ResponsibilitiesSet up CNC Hass Mill VFN and VF4Set up manual Bridgeport electronic Lathe with a digital readout (training provided)Machine custom parts from blueprints and handle program edits, tooling changes, troubleshooting, and shutting down the machinePerform 5-10 setups per dayInspect parts visually and with micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and thread pinsWhy Work Here?We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match, medical, dental, and vision coverage. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $66560.00

- 1.5 time on Saturday and double time on Sunday
- Training for pay bumps
