**Entry-Level CNC Operator** **Location:** Whitsett, NC **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Description:** As an Entry-Level CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Willing to train candidates in CNC operating processes **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. + Set up and adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately. + Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. + Perform routine maintenance on machines. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. + Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1-3 years of experience operating press brakes or mechanical machines. + Basic understanding of CNC machinery and tools. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
