**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to operate Vertical Machining Centers or Turning Centers. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, but we are willing to train the right person who doesn't meet all qualifications. Experience with milling is preferred, and the ability to read, understand, and edit G & M code is highly desirable. **Responsibilities** + Operate Vertical Machining Centers or Turning Centers. + Read, understand, and edit G & M code. + Read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers. + Perform quality inspections using a variety of measuring equipment. + Work both independently and as part of a team. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining. + Ability to operate Vertical Machining Centers or Turning Centers. + Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, calipers, and micrometers. + Ability to read, understand, and edit G & M code. + Strong troubleshooting skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a job shop environment preferred. + Ability to independently complete multiple setups each shift. + Machine Tool Program graduate is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a clean and organized shop that is fully air-conditioned.
