Job Title: CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, lasers, drill press, and press brake. The ideal candidate will produce high-precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring machining processes are optimized for quality and efficiency. This role involves working with aerospace and defense clients, maintaining tight tolerances ranging from +/-0.005 in to +/-0.001 in, and utilizing advanced machinery such as 3-axis high-speed linear mills, 4-axis vertical mills, and 5-axis mills.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, lasers, drill press, and press brake.Produce high-precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.Optimize machining processes for quality and efficiency.Work with aerospace and defense clients, maintaining tight tolerances from +/-0.005 in to +/-0.001 in.Utilize Mastercam and Unigraphic software.Program using G-code and M-code.Essential Skills5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills.Proficiency in using Mastercam and Unigraphic.Ability to program using G-code and M-code.Experience with high-precision machining for aerospace and defense clients.Additional Skills & QualificationsExpertise in using and maintaining various CNC machines.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $75000.00
