Job Title:       CNC Machinist
Location:       Swedesboro, NJ
Schedule:      1st shit - 6 AM to 4:30 Mon - Thurs
Type:              Direct Hire 


Responsibilities:  Operate CNC machines and ensure optimal performance throughout the machining process. Maintain machine lube and coolant levels to ensure proper functioning. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to determine machining operations. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision instruments such as micrometers and vernier calipers. Machine parts to specifications using tools like lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders. Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure they meet specifications. Set up, adjust, and operate basic and advanced machine tools for precision machining. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials onto machines. Monitor machine feeds and speeds during operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Diagnose machine malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs. Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock for accurate cuts and placements. Train Machine Operators and share expertise to enhance team performance.
Requirements:  High School Diploma. Minimum 2 years experience with CNC machining.  Experience programming is preferred.
