**CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our team. Depending on your level of experience, you will independently set up and operate Swiss, CNC Mill, and other CNC machinery with minimal assistance. You will be responsible for completing set-ups, including 4th axis operations, adjusting feed and speed to meet surface finish requirements, and maintaining tolerances of +/-.0005. You will also inspect first piece articles, read and understand programs, and handle tool maintenance and replacement. **If you are interested in this position, please apply and a recruiter named Jordan will reach out to you within 24-48 hours.** **Responsibilities** + Independently set up and operate CNC machinery, including Swiss and CNC Mills. + Complete set-ups, including 4th axis operations. + Adjust feed and speed to meet surface finish requirements and maintain tolerances of +/-.0005. + Inspect first piece articles and ensure accuracy of programs. + Remove worn cutting tools, re-grind to conform to drawing requirements, and replace as necessary. + Perform pre-setups or set-ups of certain job operations on various CNC machines. + Operate multiple machines simultaneously. + Maintain quality standards with minimal discrepancies. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Doosan and Haas branded machines. + Strong programming skills for CNC machinery. + Ability to keep quality up to acceptable standards with minimal discrepancies. **Why Work Here?** We provide all necessary tools and equipment, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.
