**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
The employee will be setting up CNC Mills and editing programs. While programming capability is highly desired, it is not a strict requirement. This job shop involves a lot of changeovers due to short runs, typically between 3 to 20 parts. The machines used are Fanuc controlled (G&M codes) and require extensive threading and grooving. The primary machines are Doosan and Mori Seiki.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up CNC Mills and edit programs.
+ Perform threading and grooving operations.
+ Handle changeovers for short run parts (3 to 20 parts).
+ Inspect own parts using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of recent experience with CNC Mill programming.
+ 1 year of threading and grooving experience.
+ Stable work history.
+ Comfortable with large parts.
+ 1 year of experience using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable with Manual CNC with at least 6 months of experience (not a requirement but a plus).
+ Familiarity with Fanuc controls and programming.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
