This position involves setting up and operating CNC machines to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing. You’ll be joining a team committed to excellence and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines (CNC lathe, CNC mill, or 5-axis machine). Edit programs and run CNC operations independently. Adjust tool offsets to meet precise tolerances. Utilize precision measuring tools for quality checks and adjustments. Collaborate with shift operators to optimize production efficiency.Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating CNC mills or lathes. Proficient in reading blueprints, programs, and sketches. Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control methods.
