Job Description
We are a manufacturer of stainless food processing equipment located in Wisconsin. Our facility houses design, R&D, manufacturing, production, and maintenance. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 1st shift.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC mills and lathes, primarily lathes.Work with new machines such as Doosan and Haas, and some older mills and grinders, using Fanuc controls.Conduct quality inspections using micrometers and calipers.Perform machining tasks on a variety of different parts with low volume production.Execute multiple set-ups and tooling changes as required.Edit programs at the machine when necessary.Essential Skills5 years of experience in setting up and running CNC mills and lathes.Proficiency in blueprint reading, lathe and mill operations.Expertise in using calipers and micrometers for inspection.2 years of experience in G&M code editing at the machine.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to perform multiple setups and tooling changes.Attention to detail and quality control.Good communication and teamwork skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position with hours from Monday to Thursday, 5am to 3pm. The shop is clean and houses roughly 100 people. Some optional overtime is available on Fridays. The environment is friendly and supportive, with a focus on quality and precision.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
