**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Machinists to join our team, specializing in CNC Haas Mill operations at our facility. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating machines, with responsibilities including the use of G&M code programming for both repetitive and new programs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and operating overhead cranes, fork trucks, and man lifts. **Responsibilities** + Program, set up, and operate CNC Haas Mill machines. + Perform G&M code programming on the machine, including minor edits and creating new programs from scratch. + Use micrometers and precision measuring instruments for accuracy. + Operate overhead cranes with up to 50-ton capacity. + Operate fork trucks and man lifts. + Manually lift 20-25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to read blueprints. + Minimum of 2 years experience with horizontal Mill/Boring Mill operations. + Minimum of 2 years experience programming G&M codes. + Minimum of 2 years CNC Mill setup experience. + Forklift and overhead crane experience. + Proficiency with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic lifts. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Capability to program using Fanuc controls or Haas Work Station. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5-10 years of CNC Mill experience. + Experience working for large steel companies. + Advanced welding skills. + Experience operating 50-ton overhead cranes. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that values its employees and offers good benefits. The environment is dynamic and supportive, providing all the tools and resources needed for you to excel in your role. **Job Type** This is a direct-hire position. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $56160.00/yr. Family owned, good benefits starting after 90 days of service. Vacation - 1 week after 1 year - 2 weeks after 2 years.
