**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Shift:** 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am (Sunday - Thursday) _Flexible on start time, could start as early as 9pm and work 8 hours. Lots of OT available on front end of shift._ **Training Period: 90 day training period on 1st shift. Open to discussing a modified training schedule if candidate cannot train on 1st.** **Pay Range: $27 - $37/hr DOE** **About Us:** We are a growing 100% Employee Owned Company located in Ephrata, PA. Founded in 1984, we are a comprehensive machining and fabrication facility specializing in custom machine building, machined parts, and fabrication. We specialize in manufacturing machinery and parts used in the Aerospace and Defense Industries. Aerospace experience is a big plus, but not required. **Role:** The machinist position requires the ability to set up, program, and operate a CNC Mill or Lathe, as well as the ability to machine parts per customer specifications and read and understand various types of customer prints. Mastercam experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates that have other types of CAM software experience. We have Mazak, Hurco, MicroDynamics, and Dusan machines and use Mazatrol, Hurco, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi controls. This is a job shop with low volume, making an average of 1-2 precision parts at a time before changing out tooling and program for a different part.
