**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** Operate 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, with a focus on mills. Set up and operate Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines. Machinists perform their own setups or changeovers and may be working on small open door machines or large machines with 6-8 hour run times. Perform deburring and blending to ensure everything is within tolerance, with potential assistance from a deburr person if running high volume. Skilled machinists will also troubleshoot and work closely with the programming group, adjusting their own programs and focusing on setups, tear downs, and runs. Holiday hours will count towards the person and you will be paid for holidays even if you aren’t scheduled to work. **Work Environment** 2 openings on M-Th day shift. 2 openings on M-Th night shift 4:18p-2:30a with 18% shift differential. 1 opening on weekend days F, Sat, Sun 5a-5p with 28% shift differential. 1 opening on weekend nights F, Sat, Sun 5p-5a with 28% shift differential. Overtime is available on a voluntary basis, dependent on volumes, deadlines, and specific parts being machined. Night shift is a straight 10-hour shift with a 12-minute turnover. Weekend shifts are straight production, 5a-5p or 5p-5a.
