We are a dynamic, fast-paced precision manufacturing facility specializing in partnering with customers throughout every phase of product development and production. We offer engineering resources from prototype development to custom manufacturing and finalized testing with ISO 9001:2015 quality controlled production, from one piece to a million pieces.
ResponsibilitiesPerform setups of CNC Lathe machines independently.Set up machines with Fanuc controls (G+M Codes).Adjust feeds and speeds.Perform 1st and final piece inspections on short run machined products.Essential Skills5 years of experience in CNC Lathe Machining.Experience working with tight tolerances (2nd 10ths / 1/10ths).Experience following blueprints.Experience working with Fanuc Controls (G+M Codes).MasterCAM experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience performing CNC setups on Okuma LB 150; 3500 or Kitamuras.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our facility is located in a new air-conditioned 20,000 square foot building in Wheeling, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. It is a climate-controlled and clean environment. The work hours are 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm (Overtime 6:30 am - 4:30 pm) and Saturdays 6:30 am - 12 pm (scheduled ahead of time). The facility includes advanced equipment such as Pro-E, Mastercam, and 3D Surface/Solid Model computer systems, electronic inspection equipment, CNC and manual lathes, CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, multi-spindle drilling, tapping and press machines, grinding capabilities, precision tool sharpeners, honing machines, Tig and Arc welders including robotic welding, automated wash tank, vibratory deburring, and dry blast cleaning equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
