**Job Title: Machinist / CNC Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Machinists or CNC Operators for a large aerospace facility in Anaheim, CA. This role offers opportunities for long-term growth with the company. We have openings for both 1st shift (6am-3:30pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm), with 10-15 hours of overtime every week. Training will be provided, but candidates should have trade school experience or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate Multi Axis CNC mills.
+ Work with the management team to plan production and scheduling.
+ Operate Haas machines and utilize Fanuc controls.
+ Perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with Lathe and CNC machines.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.
+ Proficiency with calipers and other precision measuring tools.
+ Experience with CNC setup and operation, particularly with Haas mills.
+ Knowledge of production processes and inspection techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ NTMA training is preferred.
+ Strong machine operating skills.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
