**Job Title: CNC Setup Machinist** **Join Our Team!** Are you a skilled CNC Setup Machinist looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic die casting company and be a part of our innovative team! We're on the lookout for a talented individual to perform setups on Brothers CNC machines and contribute to the success of our new product lines **What you'll do:** + Set Up for Success: Perform setups on Brothers CNC machines. + Operate & Maintain: Work with 5 Brothers CNC Machines and 1 additional CNC machine. + Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with engineering and quality teams to ensure precise part manufacturing. + R&D & Production: Participate in both R&D and mass production of two new product lines. + Troubleshoot & Resolve: Address issues related to machine setups and operations. + Safety & Quality: Ensure all setups and operations comply with safety and quality standards. + Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of setups, operations, and maintenance activities. + Continuous Improvement: Enhance setup processes to boost efficiency and quality. **What you bring:** + Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. + Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Setup Machinist, preferably with Brothers CNC machines. + Skills: Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and setup procedures. + Technical Know-How: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. + Expertise: 5 years of experience in setting up Brothers CNC machines. + Inspection Skills: Experience performing 1st and final piece inspections. + Precision Tools: Proficiency with precision measuring tools: Gauges, Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators. + Technical Adjustments: Ability to adjust feeds, speeds, and work with live tooling. **Why you'll love to work here:** + Clean Facility: Enjoy a well-maintained, clean working environment. + Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, plus a 401k plan.
