Additionally, you will collaborate with two operators, providing assistance and guidance as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate CNC machines + Edit and optimize CNC programs + Machine safety systems for aerospace and defense applications + Collaborate with operators and provide support + Ensure precision and quality in all machining processes **Required Skills:** + CNC operation + Set up and precision measuring tools + Blueprint reading + CNC lathe and mill operation + Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, and Okuma controls + Proficiency in G-code and GD&T + Experience with Mastercam and CNC programming + Knowledge of inspection and quality control processes **Top Skills:** + CNC operation + Set up + Precision measuring tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience with 2-axis CNC lathe and mill + Ability to edit programs and perform short runs + Strong understanding of G-code and GD&T + Proficiency in reading blueprints **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
