**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are ACTIVELY seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 1st shift (Monday - Friday), with flexible start and stop times. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and programming CNC milling machines to fabricate precision parts, as well as a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate milling machines (CNC and/or manual) to fabricate precision parts. + Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions to determine machining processes and requirements. + Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for machining tasks. + Perform machine setup, including alignment, calibration, and tool adjustments. + Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications. + Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain high standards of quality. + Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and ensure equipment is in good working condition. + Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. + Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and team members to optimize machining processes and meet production goals. + Provide feedback on design and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating and programming CNC milling machines (e.g., HAAS, the person, or Fanuc controls). + Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials. + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). + High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machining is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Our company has been family-owned and operated since 1976, offering stability and a future-focused environment.
