**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are ACTIVELY seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 1st shift (Monday - Friday), with flexible start and stop times. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and programming CNC milling machines to fabricate precision parts, as well as a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate milling machines (CNC and/or manual) to fabricate precision parts.
+ Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions to determine machining processes and requirements.
+ Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for machining tasks.
+ Perform machine setup, including alignment, calibration, and tool adjustments.
+ Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.
+ Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain high standards of quality.
+ Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
+ Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and team members to optimize machining processes and meet production goals.
+ Provide feedback on design and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in operating and programming CNC milling machines (e.g., HAAS, the person, or Fanuc controls).
+ Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machining is preferred.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Horsham, Pennsylvania. Clean, climate controlled open floor plan segmented into different individual work stations.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Eligibility on the first of the month after hire date
•
Company contribution: pays 67-84% total plan cost ($500+/month) for employee coverage, depending on the plan selected

Three national Aetna plans offered:
−
one with some fixed costs without meeting deductible (Aetna MC OA 6350/100%)

one with lower monthly cost to employee (Aetna HEHA MC 5000/80%)
−
one with lower deductible and richer coverage (Aetna HEHA MC 2500/100%)

Alternate option: $300/month offered to employees who waive medical coverage*
